Accommodation
The hotel offers 108 rooms, including unique cave suites such as the Kervansaray Premium King Room and the Danişmend Gazi Cave Suite. Each room is built into the rock, revealing Cappadocia's geological history through original stone walls and high ceilings. The Kervansaray building contains some suites with private courtyards, while the Sakura wing provides superior king rooms with separate bathrooms.
Dining
Zeferan restaurant serves Azerbaijani and Turkish cuisine, using fresh produce grown in the hotel's own vegetable gardens. Chef Ramil prepares dishes like cherry tenderloin and mix grill, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available on request. Breakfast includes a buffet with local specialities, fresh pastries, and a continental and brunch selection, all included in the room rate.
